freadom of Religion

The thing that I do not get is why do the school stop freedom of religion. People should not have to take off     Their piercing just because of the school. I don't think the dress code or whatever else a student wears has to do with their ability to learn. I think the school should stop using rules that don't make sense or violate peoples rights like freedom of religion. The girl sholud not have to go to court just for wearing a nose piercing if that is how she expresses her religoius faith.
